Regime





This time of year is always an interesting one. Everyone is either setting goals for the year, starting new regimes, or relaxing into the middle of winter calm, hibernating and recuperating after the festivities. 
I've found a sense of movement; shortly after Christmas I felt inspired to "get on it" and do better, both nutritionally and aerobically. 
This isn't new, I'd started before Christmas and eased my way in so it didn't feel like too much. If it feels like a chore that's the quickest way I'll be put off. But it doesn't, and I haven't, and it seems to have stuck.

One of the best things I've got is a walking pad, what a difference this has made to my activity levels I'm in shock. And it feels so easy, effortless somehow. It helps that I like walking in the first place but being able to walk and watch something on the TV? Mind blown. 

So this is my 12th January snippet, I did try and put a photo on here, but this blog is so not user friendly any more and the effort was beyond me.
